There are some limited free spots available on Elm Street (1-hour) and Webster Street (2-hour).

There are lots of metered spots on Washington and Elm Street (1 and 2-hour) and Cherry St/Elm Street Lot (3-hour). There is also the Washington Street commuter lot and you pay with the T’s app.

Parking is quarters only- unless the spot is a free one!- or you can use the passport parking app

For appointments 6pm or later you can park behind our building in the staff parking area. The cross street is Border street.
We are centrally located between Newton-Wellesley and Mt. Auburn Hospitals and are easily accessed from the pike.
Our offices are also available by public transportation.
Strong Roots Counseling staff check the main voicemail Monday through Thursday, between 9AM-5PM and Friday from 9AM-2PM. We returns all calls within one business day. If you leave a message for your clinician they will return your call on the days that they are in the office. If you need to reschedule an appointment, feel free to leave a message at x103 and someone will return your call during normal business hours.
Clients who require urgent psychiatric services should contact Riverside at (800) 529-5077.
Those who require emergency medical/psychiatric services should go to the emergency room and/or call 911.
